Beth was amazing. Not only did she help me sell my old home, but she helped me work with a builder to build my forever home. She was on top of every detail of both deals. I really could not have done it without her.

Beth was our realtor in August 2022 in Wiggins Colorado. Through her efforts we were able to get A showing from the listing within 24 hours.. We then sold to this buyer and were able to close by October 2022. (because we agreed to contingencies of the buyer) We moved out in September 2022 and Beth was able and willing to handle all that needed to happen with our home once we moved out. At the very end we had a bit of a glitch with the transfer of money and she was able to get right on it and get immediate answers. We really appreciate all that she did for us in this transaction. She is an excellent real estate agent and will explain things to you that is in the fine print In a way that you will understand. And if you have questions she’s always more than willing to answer them and get back with you in a very timely matter via phone call or text message. We were very happy that we found Beth and were able to do business with her.

Beth was an absolute joy to work with. We ran into some unique problems with my home, but Beth dealt with them with a smile on her face, and her pure determination to help me get my house sold. I was almost sad when the house did finally sell because I enjoyed working with her so much. I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know.
