Jade McFadden

Jade McFadden is a Wiggins local who became part of the Colorado Land Co. team in September of 2020. She is a Wiggins graduate who went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of Colorado. Before getting into real estate she worked several jobs in the service industry where she discovered her passion for helping others. Her work experience has given her excellent leadership and communication skills as well as an acute attention to detail which is sure to make all transactions go smoothly. She believes that a personal connection is the key to any successful relationship and always strives to provide the best service possible. She likes to think outside the box to develop creative and effective solutions to whatever problems may arise.

Jade lives outside of Fort Morgan with her husband Cody where they raise bucking bulls. She enjoys spending her spare time outside with their two dogs Maggie and Okie, riding horses, fishing, or finding a new adventure to embark on.
