Willow is a vibrant Colorado Realtor who has a passion for helping people. She strongly believes that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but to educate them and support them throughout every detail of the transaction so that they can make informed and confident decisions. Her fine-tuned systems, frequent communication, effective dates/deadlines tracking, and extra checks and balances throughout the transaction produce positive results. Willow believes that a real estate transaction is one of the largest financial and emotional transactions of one’s life, so she goes out of her way to make it as stress-free and fun as possible while working hard behind the scenes to ensure a successful closing for her clients.
Prior to real estate, Willow enjoyed a career as an Event Planner and Marketing Manager. Her professional background gives her an edge when it comes to problem solving, detail management, and effective marketing techniques. She is also well-versed in contract negotiation, allowing her to thrive in incredibly competitive and shifting markets. Her commitment to excellence in customer service is apparent through her initiation of communication throughout the process, high ethical standards, organization and attention to detail, and her positive and fun personality.
Willow’s dedication to helping people succeed goes beyond assisting her clients. She founded a business referral organization, with the goal of providing education and value, and creating trusted relationships among quality business professionals. She is also extremely involved in the local community. Willow is a devoted school and community volunteer, and enjoys helping others thrive.
When Willow isn’t volunteering or helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, she’s creating memories with her husband and kids. They love to travel and adventure together. She has a passion for natural health, plants, cooking, traveling, design, and entertaining.

Willow Moskowitz was amazing! She worked with us for over a year as we fixed some issues that our house had, checking in with us a few times without being bothersome. She went the extra mile by helping us prepare and stage the house for sale, going so far as to lend us a few of her personal items. Her market research was both timely and precise, so she was able to help us navigate the fluctuating market conditions as interest rates spiked. She used a modern marketing campaign and was able to make our house look fantastic online. She and her colleague, Dan, took excellent photos of the house including image-stabilized video and even drone footage (!) to create a compelling, welcoming portrait of our home for potential buyers. At the same time, she was very quick to respond to our needs and requests while keeping us up to date with all the pertinent details, again, without overwhelming us. Her market and contract knowledge allowed her to give us solid counsel when dealing with offers and issuing counter-offers. In all, I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell property in Morgan County consider working with Willow and Colorado Land Company.
